距下关节的解剖学测量和运动学分析

摘　　要：根据足和４０副跟距骨的距下关节解剖学测量，表明该关节对足的重要枢轴作用。从前、后距下关节的外形、朝向、骨间韧带及其制约，发现距下关节的运动轴为距足中线内旋２５°～３０°，跖屈５°～８°，主要运动方式是内翻、外翻、内外滑移和前后滑移。通过对跟距骨的矢状切面和横切面观察，骨小梁的排列具有应力迹线的一致性。Anatomicalmeasurementandmovementanalysisofthesubtalarjointwascarriedouton7cadaverfeetspecimensand40pairsoftalusandcalcaneouswiththesub-talarjoints.Theresultsrevealedthat,thesubtalarjointasapivotjointhasmotionsontheanteriorandposteriordirectionsandislimitedbytheinterosseoustalocalcanealliga-ment.Theaxisofmotionofthetalusisfrominferior-posterior-lateraltosuperior-anteri-or-medial,withanangleofdeviationof25～30degreewiththelongitudinalaxisofthefootpassingbetweenthesecondandthirdmetatarsalsandaplantardeclinationangleof5～8degrees.Themainmovementsofthesubtalarjointareinversion,eversionandslidingmovementsinthelateral-medialandtheposterior-anteriordirections.Observationofthetalocalcanealtrabeculainthesagitalandtransverseplanes,showedahighlyunanimousarrangementsalongwithtransarticularstress.
