摘　　要：回顾总结上海市近8年来的全科医师岗位培训工作的经验和体会,寻找存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,探索适合本地区全科医师培养的模式,为进一步理顺政府、全科医学教育机构、医疗机构三者之间的关系提供依据。In order to establish the general practice education system, to properly define the relationship among government, education institutions, health care institutions, and to provide good conditions for the development of general practice education, we have reviewed the experiences of the past 8 years of general practice, on - the - job training in Shanghai. Our focus is both to expose the existing problems and the solutions for these problems, as well as to examine the training patterns of the local general practitioners.
