摘 要:由于存在多种可能的失效模式及多个可能的失效部位,齿轮可靠性问题是一个系统可靠性问题。在齿轮的失效概率与可靠性分析中,需将其作为一个串联系统对待。同样重要的是,由于各齿根(弯曲应力最大部位)及齿面(接触应力最大部位)分别处于相同的载荷环境之下,且弯曲应力与接触应力也存在内在的联系,各薄弱部位(各齿的齿根和齿面)的失效不是完全独立的,不能做“各齿、各失效模式是相互独立的”这样的假设,这使得传统的系统可靠性模型不再适用。本文以齿轮失效分析为背景,采用次序统计量建立了齿轮的失效概率计算模型。A gear should be considered as a series system with respect to a reliability analysis, since there are more than one vulnerable sites and more than one failure mechanisms at each of the vulnerable sites in such a component. Of the same consequence, the failures of the individual weak points are not statistically independent of each other because all the roots (with maximum bending stress) and surfaces (with maximum contact stress) in a gear subject to the same load environments, respectively. Furthermore, the bending stress and contact stress are interrelated, too. The statistical dependence between dement failures infringes the assumption of independent failure and makes the conventional system reliability model inapplicable. In order to calculate gear failure probability, this paper developed a model by means the concept of order statistics, which is applicable to gear failure assessment.
