摘  要:目的探讨控根辅弓联合Ⅱ类牵引,应用于口内弓上施以镍钛簧推磨牙远移的临床效果.方法21例安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)病例采用口内弓设置NiTi簧,辅以反向控根辅弓及Ⅱ类牵引推磨牙往远中,治疗前后均摄X线头颅侧位片及治疗前后口内外X线片.结果1.0~4.2个月(平均2.6个月)磨牙关系达到中性或偏近中,上切牙无明显唇倾、磨牙略有伸长.结论控根辅弓配合Ⅱ类牵引的口内弓推磨牙往远中,方法简便易行,并能较好地控制好前牙唇倾.Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of torquing auxilliaries combining class II elastic and NiTi coil-spring on molar distalization. Methods 21 patients with Angle Class Ⅱ malocclusion were corrected using arch in nonnasality of torquing auxilliaries combining class Ⅱ elastic and NiTi coil-spring in distal movement of the maxillary molars. X-ray pictures of cephalogram and dental pictures were taken before and after treatment. Results 1 month to 4.2 months (average at 2.6 months) after treatment, the relationship between molars arrived at litmusless line or over the midline deflectively. The anterior teeth had no evident inclination of lips, but the molar was elongated slightly. Conclusion The results suggested that oral arch with torquing auxilliaries combining class Ⅱ elastic for molar distalization was an effective and simple method to protect premolar inclination of lips.
