摘　　要：目的评价上颌快速扩弓矫治器联合垂直颏兜牵引对牙面结构的影响。方法对70例恒牙列反牙合分别采用上颌快速扩弓及上颌快速扩弓联合垂直颏兜牵引矫正。在治疗前、治疗后拍摄头颅正侧位片,取模,进行测量、统计学分析。结果两组中,上颌相对于颅底前移、鼻底宽度、尖牙宽度、上颌第一前磨牙间宽度、上颌磨牙宽度和覆盖都增加,上颌磨牙颊向倾斜。单纯快速扩弓组下颌向下向后旋转,面下高度增加,覆牙合减少,联合治疗组则无。结论联合治疗较单纯治疗对牙面结构改变更为有利。Objective To evaluate the effects of rapid maxillary expansion（RME） with vertical chin cap traction on facing structure. Methods Seventy cases of cross bite of permanent dentition were divided into 2 groups. One group was corrected with RME and the other was corrected with RME combined with vertical chin cap traction. Before and after treatment, antefioposterior and lateral skull film and impression in the two groups were taken, measured and analyzed statistically. Results In both groups, compared with the base of skull, the upper jaw moved forward, and the width of nose floor, cuspids, the space between the first premolars, maxillary molars and the covering were widened. The maxillary molar inclined toward the cheek. In the RME group, the lower jaw rotated downwards and backwards, the height of the 1/3 lower face increased, and the overbite decreased. In the group with RME combined with vertical chin cap traction, the side effects were hardly found. Conclusion The combined treatment is better than the RME for the change of structure of the tooth face.
