原发性胰腺癌ABH物质含量与肿瘤恶性程度关系的研究

摘　　要：用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法对２６例原发性胰腺癌ＡＢＨ物质含量进行了研究，结果发现：癌细胞ＡＢＨ物质阳性者较正常细胞少，低分化腺癌ＡＢＨ物质较高、中分化腺癌少。浸润的癌细胞ＡＢＨ物质含量较原发灶少。同时．发现癌细胞中Ｈ转化为Ａ、Ｂ物质以及将ＡＢＨ物质分泌至管腔的功能发生障碍。提示原发性胰腺癌细胞ＡＢＨ物质的含量与肿瘤的分化程度呈正相关。ABH blood group substances in 26 cases of primary pancreatic carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical Avidin-Biotin complex/HRP technique.It was found that the contents of ABH sub-stances were bess in carcinoma cell as compared to normal epithelial cells of pancreatic ducts and acini cells.It was less in poorly differentiational carcinoma cells than well differentiaeional cells,in invasive carcinomacells than in cells of primary loci.With rate exception,the loss of demonstrapable ABH substances paral-leled morphological anaplasia,Further more,we found that the functions of transformation of H substancesinto A and B substances as well as the secretion of ABH substances into the pancreatic duct lumen were hin-dered.
