摘　　要：市场经济条件下,企业财务风险是客观存在的,企业追求高收益必然要面临高风险,如何防范和化解财务风险就显得尤为重要。在现代企业管理中,财务风险管理已经成为一个非常重要的课题,就财务风险的构成及其防范策略做了阐述。In the environment of market economy, the company financial risks exist objectively. Any company wants to obtain the high revenue, they must face to the high risks. So, it is important to deal with the financial risks. In modern company management, risk management becomes more and more important. The paper have elaborated the financial risks, and pointed some solutions to them.
