希臣通舒胶囊治疗恢复期脑梗死的研究

摘　　要：目的观察希臣通舒胶囊治疗恢复期脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将76例恢复期脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例口服希臣通舒胶囊,每次2粒,每天3次;对照组36例口服复方丹参滴丸,每次10丸,每天3次。观察2组临床疗效。结果2组患者神经功能缺损评分均明显下降,日常生活行为能力有较大提高,但治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论希臣通舒胶囊对恢复期脑梗死有较好的治疗作用。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Sanqitongshu capsule on cerbral infarction during convalescence stage. Methods 76 patients with cerbral infarction during convalescence stage were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group （40 cases） was given Sanqitongshu capsule two tabs every time and three times a day by oral use. Control group （36 cases） were given compound Danshen dripping pills ten pills every time and three times a day, Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The scores of neurologic impairment in the two groups were obviously reduced and the activities of daily living were more improved. But the curative effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group, Conclusion Sanqitongshu capsule has better clinical curative effect on cerbral infarction during convalescence stage.
