摘 要:目的:报告及分析高发癌家系的遗传方式,探讨癌家族肿瘤发生与遗传、环境及饮食习惯之间的关系。方法:对报告的高发癌家系采用家系调查分析、染色体分析和生活环境的放射线检测和致癌物质的检测等方法进行调查。结果:本家系43人中有18人患癌,肿瘤发病率为41.8%,男女比例为0.8∶1,平均发病年龄22.8岁,平均死亡年龄为24.2岁,共涉及10种肿瘤类型;家系中所有成员染色体检查未发现明显异常;生活环境的放射线强度、地表水和屋内表层土环境质量监测结果均未超过标准限值。结论:本家系符合常染色体显性遗传,为典型的癌家族综合征。Objective: To know the hereditary pattem of a pedigree with multi- cancer history and to explore the relationship between pathogenesis and heredity, environment and dietary pattern in cancer family. Methods: Pedigree survey, chromosome analysis detection of radiation and oncogenic substances were adopted. Results: Incidence of cancer in this pedigree was 41.8 %, with male to female ratio was 0.8 : 1. The average age of patients affected was 22.8, the average death age was 24.2. Ten types of cancer were involved in this pedigree. No obvious abnormality was found in chromosome examination. The values of radiation intensity in habitation, quality monitor of water in the earth' surface and surface layer soil did not exceed standard limited values. Conelusion: The reported pedigree has a typical cancer family syndrome, which is accorded to autosomal dominant inheritance. Heritary factor is associated closely with oncogenesis.
