摘　　要：目的总结前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的体会。方法对10例前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的病例进行了临床分析。结果10例皮瓣吻合动、静脉比为1:2.8,其中两例出现术后瓣下出血,经处理后好转。10例皮瓣全部成活。结论适应证选择,规范的术中操作,高动、静脉吻合比,以面总静脉为回流静脉,积极处理术后异常,是保证皮瓣成活的重要因素。Objective To summarize experience of repairing oral and maxillofacial defects by forearm free skin flap. Methods The clinical records of 10 cases with oral and maxillofacial reconstruction by forearm free flap were summed up and analyzed. Results The success rate of operation was 100% . The proportion of anastomosis of arteries to veins was 1 ： 2.8, among these, 2 cases appear bleeding under the skin flap after operation. They become bet- ter after active treatment. Conelusion Choosing the suit case; canonical operation; increasing the proportion of anastomosis of arteries to veins ,applying common facial vein as circumfluence vein and active treatment after operation are important factors to assure skin flap survive.
