血宝胶囊预防卵巢癌术后化疗患者白细胞减少的临床研究(附45例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨血宝胶囊对卵巢癌术后化疗患者血中白细胞的保护作用。方法:选择85例卵巢癌术后化疗的患者,随机选入为A、B2组,A组45例应用血宝胶囊,B组40例不用此药,以作对照。观察2组每次化疗后血常规检验中白细胞的变化及生活质量。结果:在应用血宝胶囊组,白细胞下降的概率明显低于B组(P<0.05),A组完成化疗后的生活质量明显高于B组,并使此组的化疗完成率明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌化疗中常规应用血宝胶囊,可以使患者的白细胞减少的发生率明显降低,并能提高其生活质量。Objective：To explore effects of Xuebao capsule preventing neutropenia from chemotherapy in 45 post-operation ovarian carcinoma patients. Method： 85 post-operation ovarian carcinoma patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into A and B groups. The alteration of white blood count and life quality were observed after each chemotherapy. Result：The neutropenia in B group was more common than that in A group （ P〈0.05）. The patients life quality after chemotherapy and the rate of finishing chemotherapy is higher in A group than that in B group. Conclusion：Xuebao capsules can be used routinely in chemotherapy patients with ovarian carcinoma, it can decrease the rate of neutropenia and improve the life quality of the patients.
