摘  要:用悬浮液技术处理样品制成琼脂悬浮液,以火焰原子吸收法成功地测定了甘薯及马铃薯中钙、镁。用La3+作为释放剂以消除化学干扰。通过在样品悬浮液及与空白溶液中加入适量琼脂溶液,可配制成与试液粘度一致的参比溶液。对背景吸收干扰、检出限及特征浓度进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.3%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±2.1%。The samples were treated with suspension technique, and so made into agar suspension. Calcium and magnesium in sweet potato and potato were successfully determined by FAAS. La^3+ was used as releasing agent to eliminate chemical interference. The reference solution having the same viscosity with the test solution was prepared by adding an appropriate amount of agar solution in test solution and the blank solution. Background absorpriate interference, the detection limit and the characteristic concentration were studied. RSD's were less than 2. 3%. The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors between them were less than ±2.1%.
