摘　　要：采用修订韦氏记忆量表(WMS—R)对62例抑郁症患者和62名正常人的记忆作对照研究,结果表明,抑郁症患者的记忆商数较正常人差,有各种类型的记忆障碍,有可逆性,随抑郁症状的缓解而恢复。记忆测验有助于了解症状,估计疗效和预后。Objective: To study the memory function of patients with depression. Method: The Revised Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS—R) was administered to 62 depressive patients and the same number of control subjects. Results: The mean memory quotient (MQ) in depressive patients was significantly lower than that of control subjects. Memory impairment waned during the remission of affective symptoms. Discussion: The WMS—R was useful for understanding depressive symptoms, evaluating treatment effects, and predicting the outcome of depression.
