摘　　要：文章针对毛纺织品生产过程中质量管理的复杂性,在分析统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control,SPC)基本原理的基础上,研究了此技术在纺织品生产过程中的工作流程,建立了纺织品生产加工质量保证体系,并开发了相应的软件系统。在阐述SPC系统主要功能的基础上,应用此技术对毛纺织生产实例进行了分析、评判,显示了SPC技术在毛纺织品质量控制与管理中具有的良好应用前景。Considering the complexity of the quality control during the process,the working flow and quality assurance system as well as the corresponding software which is based on the SPC have been developed and applied in the wool textile production. The application result analyzing and judging on the main functions of SPC system shows that the convincible potential of the SPC in the fields of quality control and management is well.
