摘　　要：对快速信任概念提出以来的相关文献进行全面的检索和统计分析,可以总结出影响快速信任建立的因素,对其在虚拟团队领域的研究进展进行分析,在此基础上指出了当前研究的不足和未来可能的研究方向。The thorough retrieval, statistics counting and analysis of related literature concerning the swift trust theory shows the factors affecting the establishment of swift trust. After the analysis of the progress of the research in the field of virtual team, this article points out the defects in current research and the possible research directions in the future.
