摘 要:国内外为提高碳纤维的高温氧化性,采用化学气相沉积法在碳纤维表面涂覆抗氧化涂层技术已广泛应用。本文采用低温射频法对碳纤维涂覆碳化硅涂层,并对涂层碳纤维进行800℃高温抗氧化性研究。热重分析发现,此种涂层碳纤维具有一定的抗氧化性,其氧化失重与时间和温度呈现抛物线规律变化。利用电子探针及透射电镜研究发现,涂层的表面致密化程度和界面结合情况是影响其抗氧化性的关键因素。Carbon fiber has been widely applied in composites because of its excellent properties of high strength and high modulus. Research shows that the carbon fibers coated with SiC on the surface can greatly improve its anti - oxidation ability under high temperature. In the experiment of our research, we coated carbon fiber by radio- frequency under low temperature. We studied the anti- oxidation property of the coated carbon fibers at 800℃. By using some advanced testing methods including TEM, EPMA and TG and so on, we have found the coated carbon fiber has the characteristics of anti - oxidation ability. The change of oxidation loss of weight to time and temperature appears parabolic. By research with electro - probe microanalyzer(EPMA), we found that the surface density and the interface combination status of the coating is the key factors that effect its anti - oxidation.
