摘　　要：介绍了应用Dynaform软件对某车身覆盖件成形工艺进行有限元分析的过程,并根据分析结果将工艺调整为两次拉延,同时对产品拉延型面进行了改进,消除了生产实际中的质量缺陷,提高了工艺稳定性,对同类零件的生产有指导作用。The application of Dynaform software in technology analysis and simulation of autobody panels has been introduced. According to the result, the technology has been adjusted to two times drawing, which solved quality defects problem, hence increase of technology stability while guidance to production of same kind of parts.
