摘　　要：根据锗金属单晶材料的物理性能特点,在大量试验的基础上,探索出一套行之有效的锗金属单晶整盘加工工艺。对影响锗金属单晶零件表面光洁度的磨盘、磨料、加工条件等因素作了详细分析和论述,其结果可用来指导锗金属单晶零件的生产。A practical and effective whole plate processing technology was proposed for Ge single crystal pieces based on the physical features of Ge single crystals and lots of experiments, In order to improve the surface smoothness of Ge single crystal pieces, the effect of the grinder, abrasive and processing conditions on the surface smoothness of Ge single crystal pieces was analyzed and discussed in detail, whose results can direct the production of Ge single crystal pieces.
