摘 要:通过实验确定出了乳化艾蒿油的最佳HLB值、最适合的乳化剂、最优乳化方法及最佳乳化条件。以Span80与Tween80复配成不同HLB值的乳液乳化艾蒿油时最佳HLB值为7.5;Span80与阴离子表面活性剂复配制备的艾蒿油乳液最稳定;界面复合物生成法最适宜艾蒿油乳化;由正交实验确定出的最佳乳化条件为:乳化温度60℃,乳化转速4000r/min,乳化时间10min,上述条件下制备的乳液离心均未出现分层现象。The optimum emulsification HLB value, the most suited emulsification reagent, the optimum emulsification way and the optimum emulsification condition were ascertained through emulsifying artemisiaargyllem oil. Artemisiaargyllem oil was emulsified in different HLB values that were proportioned with Span80 and Tween80, which showed the optimum HLB value was in 7.5. Using tile surfactant of Span80 proportioned with anion surfactant artemisiaargyllem oil Emulsion was the most stable. The most appropriate way was interface compound forming for emulsifying artemisiaargyllem oil. Through designing the orthogonal experimental, the optimum emulsification conditions were confirmed: emulsification temperature 60℃, emulsification rotate speed 4000r/min, emulsification time 10min. The emulsion prepared under such conditions didn't appear phenomenon like delamination.
