摘  要:目的探讨Alzheimer病(AD)模型大鼠听觉P50诱发电位的变化及意义。方法通过双侧海马伞切断的方法建立AD大鼠模型。经Morris水迷宫行为学检测确定模型成功后,采用条件(C)试验(T)双声刺激模式记录听觉P50诱发电位,比较AD大鼠和正常及对照大鼠听觉P50诱发电位的差异。结果AD模型组表现:①条件刺激P50波幅(9.67±3.77)降低(P<0.01);②P50抑制减弱,T/C比(0.92±0.41)显著增高(P<0.01);③S2S1波幅的差(2.89±2.61)减小(P<0.01)。结论①AD大鼠存在感觉门控能力不足。②感觉门控P50作为一种反映大脑认知及注意力的指标,可能成为临床早期诊断和评价AD患者认知功能的一个新方法。Objective To observe the characteristics and significance of auditory evoked potential P50 in rat model of Alzheimer' s disease. Methods A rat model of Alzheimer' s disease was established by transecting bilateral fimbria-fornix and was proved successful by Morris water maze. Auditory evoked potential P50 was recorded by the conditioning/testing paradigm presented with auditory double clicks stimuli. The responses to auditory evoked potential were compared between the model and the normal groups as well as the control group ( cortex and corpus callosum were transected but the fimbria-fornix was not ). Results In the rat model group, the amplitude of condition P50 response ( 9.67±3.77 ) was significantly lower than that of the normal group ( 17.04±5.32, P 〈0.01 ) and the control group (21.01±2.86). The test/condition ratio (0.92±0.42 ) increased significantly com- pared with that of the normal group (0.39±0. 16, P 〈0.01 ) and the control group (0.25±0. 18, P 〈0.01 ). The range of S2-S1 (2.89 ± 2.61 ) was significantly reduced compared with the normal ( 10.85±4.24, P 〈 0.01 ) and the control groups ( 15.26 ±4.07, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions 1 ) There was a deficiency of sensory gating capability in rats with Alzheimer' s disease. 2) As a parameter reflecting cognition and attention, sensory gating PS0 might to be a new method for the early assessment of the function of cognition in patients with Alzheimer' s disease.
