多西他赛联合顺铂每周给药方案治疗30例老年非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨多西他赛联合顺铂每周给药方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应.方法对30例老年NSCLC患者用多西他赛30 mg/m2联合顺铂25 mg/m2,第1,8,15天给药方案治疗.每4周重复,至少完成2周期.结果30例患者:CR 1例;PR 10例;SD 15例;PD 4例.总有效率(RR):36.6%(11/30).Ⅲ～Ⅳ度的中性粒细胞减少发生率为30.0%(9例),非血液学毒性主要为疲劳乏力等(40.0%).结论多西他赛联合顺铂每周给药治疗老年非小细胞肺癌是安全有效的.Objective To investigate the effects on non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and untoward reactions in the elderly patients using docetaxel and cisplation weekly. Methods Thirty elderly patients （NSCLC） with not treated previously by chemotherapy received intravenous infusions of docetaxel 30 mg/m^2 and cisplation 25 mg/m^2 three consecutive weeks,followed by a week of rest,every case should receive at least 2 cycles. Results Among 30 patients, complete response（CR） ： 1 case, partial response （PR） ：9 cases,stable disease（SD） ： 15 cases,progressive disease（PD） ：4 cases. Total response rate（RR） ：36.6% （11/30）. Hematologic toxicities, which were mild, included grade Ⅲ- Ⅳ neutropenia in 30.0%. The major nonhematologic toxicity was weakness （40.0%）. Conclusion Docetaxel and cisplation used weekly treating NSCLC in elderly patients has effective and safe.
