摘  要:本次试验的菌种是从宁夏平罗县边远农村半自然状态生长的健康肉猪的小肠、大肠和盲肠中分离获得的,共分离出64株菌株.通过对这64株菌株的菌落形态观察和革兰氏染色镜检.筛选出14株进行了乳杆菌属的生理生化鉴定,初步确定这14株杆菌属于乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus).再通过糖醇类发酵产酸鉴定,确定4株为植物乳杆菌(L.plantayum),3株为短乳杆菌(L.brevis),2株为小鼠乳杆菌(L.murinus),3株为类布氏乳杆菌(L.parabuchneri),1株为丘状乳杆菌(L.collinoides),1株为玉米乳杆菌(L.zeae).各项鉴定结果均符合乳杆菌属和相应种的鉴定标准.The bacterial species in this experiment were isolated from the small intestine,large intestine and blind intestine of a healthy pig growing in the conditional natural environment in the outlying countryside in Pingluo, Ningxia. 64 strains were isolated. Though the observation of colonial morphology and Gram staining, 14 strains were chosen to be identified physiologically and biochemistrically according to the diagnostic characteristics of Lactobacillus and were preliminarily defined as Lactobacillus. Through the identification of fermentation and acid-producing of sugar and alcohol, 4 strains were defined as L. plantayum, 3 strains as L. brevis, 2 strains as L. murinus. 3 strains as L. parabuchneri, 1 strain as L. collinoides and 1 strain as L. zeae. All the results were coincidental to the identification criteria of genus and related species of Lactobacillus.
