摘 要:目的:探讨犬急性心肌缺血模型的最佳制作方法。方法:将30只健康杂种犬随机分成三组,分别结扎冠状动脉分支的不同部位,每组于结扎后5、15、30、60、120m in作心电图描记,于术前及术后60、120m in测血清CPK-MB(肌酸磷酸激酶的同工酶)。结果:第一组:心电图表现有心肌缺血改变的3只,无死亡,CPK-MB较术前无明显改变(P>0.05)。第二组:心电图有缺血性改变的10只,死亡5只,CPK-MB较术前有显著改变(P<0.05)。第三组:心电图有缺血性改变的10只,死亡1只,CPK-MB较术前有明显改变,(P<0.05)。结论:提示结扎冠状动脉第二和第三分支之间是制作犬急性心肌缺血模型比较理想的方法。Objective: Detect the best method of making acute myocardial ischemia dog model Methods: Thirty dogs are divided into three groups randomly, and the coronary artery branch was ligated in different sites. ECG was conducted at 5,15,30,60,120min after ligation, and serum CPK - MB was checked at 60,120min before and after operation. Results: ECG of three in ten dogs in group 1 suggested myocardial ischemia change, the CPK - MB was not found obviously changed, compared with that of before and after ligation (P 〉0.05), and none was dead; ECG of all ten dogs in group 2 suggested myocardial ischemia change, the CPK - MB remarkably changed, compared with that of before ligation (P 〈 0.05), and five of them dead; ECG of all ten dogs in group 3 myocardial ischemia change, one dead, the CPK - MB obviously changed, compared with that of before ligation( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that ligating coronary artery between the second and the third branches is best method of making acute myocardial ischemia dog model.
