摘　　要：学籍管理是高校学生管理工作的重要组成部分，它在整个高校管理工作中具有举足轻重的位置。高校学籍管理制度建设需要与时俱进，以适应高等教育大众化要求，为市场经济体制改革服务，同时适应高等教育法制化和高等教育国际化的需要。The management of the names in school registry is an important part of the students management of higer colleges, and plays a decisive role in the whole management of higher colleges. Its construction should advance steadily in order to adjust the demands of higer education＇s popularization, to serve the system reform of market economy, to meet the needs of the legalization and internationalization of higer education.
