摘  要:用棉铃虫作为芹菜夜蛾核型多角体病毒的替代宿主,研究了影响该病毒产量的几个因素.结果发现,当3龄棉铃虫用4.94×105PIBs/mL饲喂60h得到的PIB产量最高.每头棉铃虫平均产量达到7.651×109PIBS.全程死亡天数11d.同时发现幼虫死亡体重与PIB产量之间存在显著的直线回归关系,斜率为0.01372,即死亡幼虫体重每增加1mg,PIB数目就要增加1.372×107.在比较温度对PIB产量影响的试验中,26℃比30℃更有利于病毒生产,其增殖曲线典型,有较长的对数增殖期,最终病毒滴度高.By studying the effect of virus dosage, inoculating time and larval instar on production of SfaMNPV propagating in its alternate host Heliothis armigera, we discovered that greatest production of virus occured by feeding 3rd-instar larvae on diet containing 4. 94 X 105 polyhedral inclusion bodies (PIBs )/mL ddH2Ofor 60 bars, and the average yield of PIB is 7.651 X109 PIBs per larvae. The mean number of days required for death to occur was 11 days. A highly significantrelationship was found between PIB production and larval-death weight, and the slope of the regression was 0.01272, showing that for each milligram increase in larval weight, there was an increase of 1.372 X 107 PIBs. By studying effect of temperature on the production and the growth dynamics of SfaMNPV in its alternate host larvae, we found 26C was fitter than 30℃ for virus to propagate,and showing typical propagation curve, longer logarithm period and high polyhedra titer.
