摘　　要：科学发展观是指导各项工作的根本方针。高校职能部门应以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本的观念,树立正确的政绩观,统筹各方面工作,充分发挥职能部门在学校工作中的重要作用。The scientific view of development is the basic principle guiding all our work. Therefore, under the guidance of the individual-centered scientific view of development, the functional departments of colleges and universities should establish a correct view of achievements and make an overall arrange- ment of all sections of work so as to bring them into full play in the practice.
