灯盏细辛治疗肝硬化的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏细辛治疗肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:136例肝硬化患者随机分为两组:治疗组70例和对照组66例。治疗组采用灯盏细辛治疗;对照组采用一般支持治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后肝功能明显改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后血清白蛋白及胆红素无明显改变(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后肝纤五项明显下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后改变不明显(P<0.05),肝纤五项两组治疗后相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏细辛可明显改善肝脏功能,降低肝脏纤维化,对肝硬化的治疗具有良好的前景。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Dengzhan Xixin Injection（DXI）on cirrhosis, Methods,One hundred and thirty six patients with cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups：70 eases as therapy group treated by DXI and 66 eases as control group treated by route drugs. Results. （1）The hepatic function of therapy group was significantly improved after DXI therapy（P〈0.05）. In contrast, the levels of serum albumin and total bilirubin of control group weren＇t any different between before and after therapy（P〉0.05）. （2）The five indicators of hepatic fibrosis were significantly decreased in therapy group after DXI therapy（P〈0. 05）, but those weren＇t in control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：DXI can improve hepatic function and decrease hepatic fibrosis,so it is an effective and safe medicine in treating cirrhosis.
