摘 要:与企业外部条件相比,企业内部条件对于企业的市场竞争优势更具决定性作用。企业要在市场竞争中长期获胜,必须依靠核心能力;而核心能力的形成取决于企业对其资源的组织运作。企业资源可归纳为物质资源(实物资源和财务资源)和非物质资源(人力资源、技术资源和声誉);其中非物质资源对于核心能力的形成起着尤其重要的作用。企业的核心能力是企业在经营过程中逐步形成和巩固的。企业可以通过自己的主观努力,循序渐进,在改革中逐步建立企业的核心能力;也可以通过联合并购发展联营,实行规模效益,以提高竞争能力。企业还可以参与战略联盟,联合各地有意识有实力的物流企业组成联盟,实行异地合作,形成跨地域的物流配送系统,以利于加速核心能力的形成。企业核心能力是企业竞争优势持久的源泉。培育和管理好企业核心能力,也是一项长期而重要的系统工程。Compared with outer conditions, the inner situation of an enterprise is decisively important in the market competition. To maintain a leading pasition, business must depend on its core capability, which is based on the management of its resources. Enterprise resources are classified as material (article and finances ) and non-materianl (manpower technology and reputation), of which the latter is especially important to the development of its core capability. The core capability is cultivated and strengthened through company's self-reliance or by combining with other businesses and enlarging its scale or by joining a strategy alliance of some conscious and prominent logistics enterprises. Such capability is the lasting source of company's prosperity, so its cultivation and management is surely a profound and significant task.
