摘  要:目的评价多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统在恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统检测156例恶性肿瘤患者、98例良性肿瘤患者和556例正常健康人血清中12项肿瘤标志物(CA19-9、CA242、CA125、CA15-3、CEA、AFP、NSE、Free-PSA、PSA、-βHCG、FER和HGH等)的水平。结果恶性肿瘤患者阳性率为78.84%,良性疾病患者阳性率为22.44%,健康体检者阳性率3.24%,恶性肿瘤组的阳性率显著高于良性疾病组和健康体检组阳性率(P<0.01)。除胰腺癌、前列腺癌外,用蛋白芯片法联合检测12种肿瘤标志物的阳性率均显著高于单一标志物的检测。结论用蛋白芯片法联合检测肿瘤标志物能够提高检测的灵敏性,可以作为肿瘤标志物的检测手段之一。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-tumor markers protein chip detective system for malignant tumor. Methods The multi-tumor markers protein chip detective system was used to detect the serum levels of 12 tumor markers (CA19-9,CA242,CA125,CA15-3,CEA, AFP, NSE, Free- PSA,PSA,β-HCG,FER and HGH)in 156 malignant tumor patients, 98 patients with benign disease and 556 healthy persons. Results The positive rates were 78.84%, 22.44% and 3.24% in malignant tumor patients,patients with benign disease and healthy persons. The malignant tumor patients had significantly higher positive rate than that of patients with benign disease and healthy persons (P〈0.01). Except for pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer,combined detection with multi-tumor markers protein chip detective system has higher sensitivity than single tumor marker testing for other 12 kinds of malignant tumors. Conclusion Combined detection with multi-tumor markers protein chip detective system can significantly increase the diagnostic sensitivity for malignant tumor and be used as a tool to detect tumor markers.
