摘　　要：通过调查普通高校教师体育活动的现状,探讨存在的问题,并提出相应的对策及建议,以提高广大教师参加体育活动的积极性,促进他们坚持进行科学合理的体育锻炼活动,为不断提高广大教师的身体健康水平提供有益的参考。Pass to investigate the present condition of the activity of common college teacher athletics, study the problem of the exist, and bring up the cowgirl＇s counterplan and suggestion, and add for large teacher＇s of exaltation healthy level that the positive of the athletics activity, promote them to insist the proceeding the athletics of reasonable science the activity, continuously increase the large teacher to provide the beneficial to test.
