摘 要:当前,变厚度构件大量应用,变厚度构件的超声检测成了一个热点问题,但是国内现有的超声检测系统,往往没有对变厚度构件检测灵敏度补偿问题作专门的处理,检测过程中容易出现缺陷失真和误判。而现有的灵敏度补偿方法柔性较差,不能适用于各种变厚度构件。在分析了透射法超声检测原理的基础上,研究了目前灵敏度补偿方法的优缺点,提出了基于保持透射波幅值的灵敏度实时补偿的改进算法。根据复合材料的变厚度构件的结构进行了路径规划后,应用该算法对复合材料变厚度构件进行了超声检测,获得了良好的效果,证明新的灵敏度补偿算法是一个成功有效的方法。Nowadays parts with varying thickness are widely used in many fields, and their detection has caused much concern. However, ultrasonic NDT systems used in domestic manufactories usually have not special processing method to deal with the sensitivity compensation problem of parts with varying thickness and will lead to distortion and erroneous judgment of defect. On the other hand, most current sensitivity compensation methods are of poor flexibility and could not be applied to various parts with varying thickness. On the base of analyzing of the theory of the ultrasonic transmission method, advantages and disadvantages of different sensitivity compensation methods are researched. An improved automatic sensitivity compensation algorithm is presented which is based on preserving amplitude of ultrasonic transmission wave. After path planning aimed to composites parts with variable thickness, ultrasonic detect with this automatic sensitivity compensation algorithm is performed and good result is gotten. Tests show that this automatic sensitivity compensation algorithm is a successful and effective method.
