尿素乳酸软膏治疗寻常型鱼鳞病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价尿素乳酸软膏治疗寻常型鱼鳞病的有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机双盲、安慰剂对照研究,试验组和对照组均为每日外用药2次,疗程4周。结果:共入组寻常型鱼鳞病患者26例,包括试验组和对照组各13例。治疗4周后,试验组的总有效率为91.6%,而对照组的总有效率为25.0%。两组之间的有效率比较,具有统计学意义。两组均无不良事件发生。结论:尿素乳酸软膏治疗寻常型鱼鳞病具有很高的疗效,且安全性和耐受性良好,使用方便。OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of urea ＆ lactic acid compound ointment for the treatment of ichthyosis vulgaris. METHODS-The trial was performed by randomized double - blind and placebo control method. All the subjects were administered the drugs twice a day for 4 weeks. RESULTS ： The total number of the subjects was 26, including 13 subjects in trial group and 13 subjects in control one. After 4 week＇s treatment, total effective rates in trial group were 91.6% ,but in control group were 25.0%. Effective rates between two groups had statistic difference. No adverse event occured in each group. CONCLUSION： Urea ＆ lactic acid compound ointment for treatment of ichthyosis vulgaris has obvious efficacy, its safety and tolerance are good, and can be used conveniently.
