摘　　要：在研究高科技产品及其特点的基础上,提出了高科技产品开发的流程,研究了基于图示评审技术GERT的项目分析方法,最后通过某高速移动无线视频传输系统的开发过程对本文提出的模型进行了验证。Based on the deep study on the characteristics of hi-tech products, a hi-tech product development process is put forward. Then a project analysis method based on GERT（Graphical Evaluation and Review Technology） is studied. Furthermore, the model in this paper is certified by the progress of developing a system for wireless and video transmission.
