摘　　要：目的合成新型芳香呋喃香豆素衍生物。方法以间苯二酚为原料,通过贝克曼反应,威廉逊反应,关环、芳构化反应得到目标物。结果合成得到两个目标化合物,其结构经1HNMR、IR、FAB-MS确证。结论目标化合物有望成为新的光化疗药物。Objective To synthesis benzofurocoumarin derivatives with potential use in cancer photochemotherapy. Methods Resorcinol and 2 -cyclohexanonecarboxylate were used as starting materials. Upon Pechmann reaction, Williamson reaction, cyclization and aromatization, benzofurocoumarin derivatives were synthesized. Result and Conclusion Two compounds of benzofurocoumarins were synthesized and their structures were characterized by ^1HNMR, IR and FAB - MS.
