摘　　要：目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者围手术期并发症的预防及处理方法。方法:回顾分析110例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者行悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)围手术期的临床资料。结果:UPPP术后原发性出血6例,呼吸困难5例,发热4例,无1例发生饮食呛咳和口咽狭窄。结论:OSAHS为全身疾病,行UPPP术必须严格掌握手术适应证,加强和重视围手术期处理及结合个体制定手术方案,以避免发生严重并发症。Objective： To explore the prevention and management of perioperative complication in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. Method： The clinical data of 110 cases with uvulopalentopharyngoplasty（UPPP） were analyzed retrospectively. Result： There were primary bleeding in 6 patients, dyspnea in 5, and pyrexia in 4. No cough during eating, and no oropharynx constriction happened . Conclusions： Strictly abiding by surgical indication when performing UPPP, paying attention to the management of perioperation and making personal operation program are important for avoiding serious complication.
