摘  要:以探讨云南中小学教师人格特征及影响因素为目的,用团体施测方法对199名中小学教师的人格特征进行评定,得出了受测教师在乐群性、兴奋性、敢为性、幻想性、忧虑性、自律性等方面高于其它专业技术员,而在紧张性、怀疑性、独立性上得分则低于后者;中、小学教师仅在乐群、兴奋、敏感得分上存在显著差异;不同性别教师在一半以上因素中得分存在显著差异;不同教龄和科目的教师也存在一定差异的结果。从而认为中小学教师人格具有较高的一致性,教师人格的健全发展是提高教师心理素质的前提条件。To investigate the personality characters of primary and middle school teachers. Method: The Sixteen Personality Test d Cattell was applied to a sample of 199 teachers. Result: The teachers' performance are prior to other professionals in cooperation ,excitability,daringness,fantasy,anxiousness and self- discipline, but the situation is opposite in nervousness,doubt and independence, the differences are only in cooperation,excitability and sensibility between middle school and primary school teachers. There are differences in most elements on sex ; there are also differences in length of service as a teachers and different subjects. Discussion: there are nearly identical about personality characters between primary school and middle school teachers, the development of personality characters is the prerequisite for improving the mental quality.
