电视胸腔镜辅助小切口切除食管癌和肺癌20例报告

摘　　要：探讨电视胸腔镜辅助微创小切口在食管癌和肺癌治疗中的价值。电视胸腔镜辅助小切口行食管癌和肺癌切除术,其中食管癌切除食管、胃胸内器械吻合12例,肺癌肺叶切除8例。均在胸腔镜辅助下完成手术,平均手术时间108min,失血量110mL,住院时间11d,无手术死亡及严重并发症。初步研究结果提示,电视胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗食管癌和肺癌,是一种很有前途的微创外科技术。The objective of this study was to evaluate the micro-incision and minimally invasive operation in the resection of esophageal and pulmonary carcinoma with the assistance of TV thoracoscope. Twenty patients received the operation with micro-incision and the assistance of TV thoracoscope. 12 patients accepted resection of esophageal carcinoma and introthoracic instrument anastomosis and 8 patients accepted pulmonary lobectomy. All the operations were performed with the assistance of TV thoracoscope. Mean time of operation was 108 min, and mean volume of lost blood in the operation was 110 mL. Average time of hospitalization was 11 days. There was no early death or severe complications. In conclusion the minimally invasive operation with assistance of TV thoracoscope is a useful method and has a good prospect in the treatment of esophageal and pulmonary carcinoma.
