摘　　要：面对激烈的市场竞争,企业要想生存,就必须寻求可持续发展之路。在充分认识自己所面临的财务风险的基础上,采取各种科学、有效的手段和方法,对各类财务风险加以预测、识别、预防、管理和控制,以最低的成本确保企业资金运行的连续性、稳定性和有效性。Faced with the in tense market competition, in order to survive an enterprise has to find its way of sustainable growth. On the base of much knowledge of its financial risk, the enterprise should take some scientific and efficient measures to indentify, preguard, control and manage all kinds of financial risks and try to insure the continuity, the stnbility and validity of the enterprise＇s cash transaction at a low cost.
