摘　　要：女子3000m障碍跑在我国才刚刚起步。从体能上、技术上对女运动员进行分析,并强调了自信心的作用,对迅速提高这一新兴项目的可行性,提出了自己的看法。The woman 3000-meter steeplechase in China is now beginning to develop. This paper analyses the physical strength and skills of Chinese female athletes. It then emphasizes the importance of self-confidence. Finally, this paper indicates the opinions on the feasibility of swiftly advancing this newly-developed item.
