摘　　要：目前,高职院校的毕业生就业率不容乐观。高职院校应重视并加强毕业生有形就业市场和无形就业市场的建设,努力提高毕业生就业率,以实现毕业生的充分就业和自身的可持续发展。At present, the employment rate of the graduates at higher vocational colleges presents a serious problem. The construction of visible job market and potential job market as well should be focused upon and reinforced so as to promote the employment rate of the graduates, thus to realize full employment and sustainable self-development of the graduates.
