摘　　要：随着我国改革开放和高等教育管理体制改革的不断推进,高校与外界的联系和交流日趋紧密,与此同时,西方敌对势力和反华势力加紧对我国政治、经济、文化领域,特别是高校领域加紧进行渗透,同时,国内不稳定因素日渐增多,对高校的稳定产生了很大影响,因此,维护高校稳定是一项刻不容缓的重大任务,对促进社会的稳定起着举足轻重的作用。With continuous progress of reform and opening up and reform of management system of higher education in our country, the contact and communication between high school and outside become more and more deeply. At the same time, west hostile forces and overseas anti - China forces step up infiltrative activities in politics, economy and culture fields, especially high school. More and more instability factors emerge. And all this have an important impact to the stability of high school. So maintaining stability of high school is a major task admitting of no delay and has an important role in promoting social stability.
