酶法和Jaffe速率法测定血清肌酐的结果比较

摘　　要：目的:了解酶法和Jaffe速率法测定血清肌酐结果的定量关系。方法:按各自方法将测得结果进行相关回 归分析。结果:酶法和Jaffe速率法测定血清肌酐的回归方程式为Y=0．7X+46．8(Y为Jaffe速率法,X为酶法),相关系 数r=0．9976。结论:Jaffe速率法和酶法结果不同,两者之间存在恒定偏倚。Objective ： To understand the quantitative relations between the results of creatinine test conducted with enzymatic and Jaffe kinetic assay. Methods ： Results were obtained according to the methods and the analysis of regression and correlation was done with the results. Results ： The formula Y = 0. 7X ＋ 46. 8 was obtained with the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9976 Y and X represent the test results obtained with enzymatic and Jaffe kinetic assay, respectively. Conclusion： the test results obtained with enzymatic and Jaffe kinetic assay are different and a constant bias were present between the two.
