摘 要:测量了多晶Sr0.6Ca0.4RuO3的零场冷却(ZFC)的磁化强度随温度的变化关系,以及不同温度下的磁滞回线。考虑热涨落和自由能壁垒随温度的变化,用Preisach模型对测量数据进行了拟合。数值模拟再现了测量结果的变化规律,其中包括各温度下的磁滞回线,不同外磁场下的ZFC磁化强度曲线等。对拟合得到的巴克豪森跳跃谱的有关参数进行讨论,在多晶磁性材料理论上给出了一定的指导。A sample of Sr0.6Ca0.4RuO3 was characterized by zero field cooling (ZFC) and the major hysteresis loops under different temperatures. The data had been analyzed within the framework of a generalized Preisaeh model, which includes thermal fluctuations, critical phenomenon, and the temperature dependent distribution of free energy barriers. The model provides an excellent description of the experimental data, and the simulated results are in good agreement with experiment results. All the ZFC curves at different applied fields and all the major hysteresis loops at different temperatures can be replicated by the model with one set of parameters, and the parameters have been discussed. The discussion results show some guidance in theory about magnetic properties of polyerystalline.
