摘　　要：高职学院文科专业招生热热闹闹、火爆异常,就业市场却无人问津。两边大相径庭,究其原因,人才市场处于买方市场,用人单位片面强调高学历,高文凭。更主要的原因在于高职文科专业教育忽视实践性,所培养出来的学生适应性不强,动手能力差。加强文科专业实践性教育迫在眉睫。文章就如何加强高职文科专业实践性,做了一些有益的探讨。The liberal arts speciality of the highgrade professional prevails unusually on one side, but nobody shows any interest in institute enrolling new students a livens up and the careers market on the other side. Both sides far from each other, trace it to its cause, the human resources pool is in the buyer＇s market, the employing unit puts undue emphasis on well educated, the high diploma. The main reason lies in highgrade professional liberal arts specialized education ignoring the practicality , the students trained out do not have strong adaptability or strong manipulative ability either . It is extremely urgent in strengthening liberal arts.
