摘 要:16.1%、18.2%水分籼稻谷及17.1%、20.9%水分玉米在20℃60%RH,20℃70%RH,25℃60%RH,25℃70%RH条件下的解吸试验结果表明:温度越高、湿度越低、原粮水分越高则解吸速度越快,粮食的解吸速度随时间递减,40小时基本达到平衡,64小时内解吸完成;解吸平衡水分与温度和相对湿度有关,与原粮水分无关。粮食的吸附滞后现象明显存在,粮食容易出现过干燥,采用可移动立式通风管通风干燥时,从避免过干燥的角度考虑,每通风40小时左右向上移动一次立式通风管比较适宜。为了保持粮食的原始品质,应控制未干燥层的粮食温度。Moisture release tests on indica rice of 16.1%, 18.2 % moisture content and corn of 17.1%, 20.9 % moisture content were carried out at 20℃ and 60 % RH, 20℃ and 70 % RH, 25℃ and 70 % RH, 25℃ and 70 % RH respectively. The results showed that when the temperature is higher, humidity is lower and the original moisture content of grain is higher, the speed of moisture release is faster. The speed of moisture release decreased with time, the moisture of grain equilibrated after 40h, moisture release finished in 64h, Releasing equilibrium moisture relate to temperature and relative humidity, but not to the original moisture content of grain. The absorption of grain delayed obviously, so the grain would be easy over - dry, so the ventilation ducts should be moved up every 40h during drying. The temperature of grain which has not been dried yet should be controlled.
