摘 要:结合快速成型技术的发展,分析了模具模腔与三维实体零件二维层面的几何关系特点,提出一种基于激光烧结的模具模 腔快速制造分区扫描数据处理算法并给出了实现方法,最后进行了验证。研究表明:这种算法根据三维实体零件CAD模型直 接获得模具模腔的层面信息,能够实现模具模腔的直接成型。平行扫描轨迹间的进给线与层面边界方向一致,可以极大减缓层 面加工的台阶效应。According mension layer of the gorithm of the rapid to the developments of Rapid Prototyping, the geometrical relation of the two dimension layer of the - 3 D part and that of its mould cavity are analyzed. Then, a grouping scanning almanufacturing of mould cavity based on Selective Laser Sintering is put forward, and the data process is described in detail. In the end, the algorithm is verified with a factual part. The researches indicate that with the algorithm gotten, mould cavity can be fabricated directly according to the part CAD model. The step effect in the layer manufacturing is improved because the feeding direction is identical with the layer border.
