摘  要:目的:探讨骨性Ⅲ类错牙合和正常牙合切牙区牙槽骨的形态结构与垂直骨面型间的关系。方法:随机抽取47张恒牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合病例矫治前的X线头颅侧位片及43张正常牙合恒牙期的头颅侧位片,测量上下切牙区的牙槽骨形态结构的相应项目、指标,并对相同面角的骨性Ⅲ类错牙合与正常牙合的测量结果进行t检验。结果:对于骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者,其UP值在高面角组与中等面角组、低面角组有显著性差异(P<0.05),LA值及MxAD值在高面角组与中等面角组的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于正常牙合,其MdAD值在高面角组与中等面角组、低面角组的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),LA值在高面角组与中等面角组、低面角组的差别也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而相同面角骨性Ⅲ类错牙合的LA值均低于正常牙合(P<0.05),UP值在中等面角组、低面角组与正常牙合的差别也有统计学意义(P<0.05),MdAD值也均为骨性Ⅲ类错牙合显著小于正常牙合(P<0.01)。结论:骨性Ⅲ类错牙合和正常牙合的切牙区牙槽骨的形态结构在不同垂直骨面型之间及相同垂直骨面型间均有不同。PURPOSE : To investigate the relationship of the incisive alveolar structure and vertical facial type between osteal Class Ⅲ malocclusion and normal occlusion. METHODS: Forty-seven lateral cephalometrics of patients with osteal Class Ⅲ malocclusion and forty-three lateral cephalometrics of controls with normal occlusion were randomly selected before treatment. Then the incisive alveolar structure was measured and analyzed, the results were analyzed with Student's t test. RESULTS: ①In osteal Class Ⅲ malocclusion; the UP value in the group of high mandibular angle decreased significantly than that in the groups of middle and low mandibular angle (P〈0.05) : the LA and MxAD value in the group of high mandibular angle decreased significantly than that in the group of middle mandibular angle(P〈0.05).②In normal occlusion, the MdAD and LA value in the group of high mandibular angle decreased significantly than that in the groups of middle and low mandibular angle(P〈0.05).③In patients with the same mandibular angle,the LA and MdAD value in normal occlusion increased significantly than those in osteal Class Ⅲ malocclusion (P〈0.05);the UP value,in normal occlusion increased significantly than osteal Class Ⅲ malocclusion within the groups of middle and low mandibular angle (P〈0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The incisive alveolar structure was different in different vertical facial type and the same vertical facial types between osteal Class Ⅲ malocclusion and normal occlusion.
