摘  要:目的:研究P53、cyclin D1和Rb蛋白在食管癌形成与发展中的作用。方法:应用流式细胞术对59例食管癌组织的cyclin D1、 P53和Rb蛋白进行定量检测。结果:cyclin D1、P53在低分化组的表达显著高于分化组(P<0.05);Rb在低分化组的表达低于分化组,但无显著差异(P>0.05);3种蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:P53和cyclin D1的表达与食管癌的分化密切相关;cyclin D1上调,P53失活可能是食管癌形成与发展的重要分子生物学机制。Objective: To explore the role of tumor suppressor gene P53 and cell-cycle related gene cyclin D1, Rb in the carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal cancer. Methods: The expression of P53, cyclin D1 and Rb in 59 esophageal cancer tissue species were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results: The expressions of cyclin D1 and P53 in poorly-differentiated esophageal cancer tissue were lower than those in well-differentiated esophageal cancer tissue(P〈0. 05) ; The expression of Rb in poorly-differentiated esophageal cancer tissue was lower than those in well-differentiated esophageal cancer tissue, but no significant difference was found(P〉0. 05). The expressions of all three proteins were not correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expressions of cyclin D1 and P53 are closely related to tumor differentiation of esophageal cancer;The up-regulation of cyclin D1 and deactivation of P53 may involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal cancer.
