摘  要:取2月龄小鼠在常规条件下饲养11个月,制成自然衰老模型,用PSP按20、40、80 mg·kg-1剂量分别灌服衰老小鼠6周,检测衰老小鼠血清及肺组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性,研究肺组织细胞的形态学变化,探讨螺旋藻多糖(PSP)对衰老模型小鼠肺NO含量、SOD活力及形态结构的影响。结果表明:PSP可改善衰老引起的血清及肺组织SOD活性降低、NO含量升高,改善肺组织细胞形态结构。说明PSP对衰老小鼠肺组织细胞的退行性变化具有改善或延缓作用。To evaluate the effect of polysaccharide from spirulina platensis (PSP) on the nitric oxids (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum and morphological changes of lung cell in aging mice. 2 month old mice were fed rountinly for 11 monthes, which established the model of natural aging mice. The PSP 20, 40, 80 mg · kg^-1 was administrated respectively to the mice po. then investigated the concentration of NO, SOD and the morphological changes of lung cell by microscope. Aging could induce the morphological changes of lung cell, decrease the level of SOD, and increase the level of NO. The PSP significantly ameliorated the morphological changes of lung cell ;decreased the level of NO,improved the activity of SOD. PSP had ameliorating and postponing effect on the regressive changes in the lung of aging mice.
