MMP-2和TIMP-2在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其与胶质瘤的侵袭发展、分级之间的关系.方法采用免疫组化SP法对61例脑胶质瘤标本进行了MMP-2、TIMP-2表达情况的检测.结果 MMP-2在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级组和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级组表达率分别为43.7%和75.9%,TIMP-2在这两组中的表达率分别为28.1%和6.9%,胶质瘤Ⅰ～Ⅱ级组和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级组之间两指标的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),MMP-2与TIMP-2的表达呈显著负相关(P＜0.01).结论 MMP-2及TIMP-2对胶质瘤恶性程度的评估有重要的意义.Objective To study the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in human glioma tissue and analyze the relation to the grade of glioma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the level of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in surgical samples from 61 patients suffered from glioma. Results The expression rate of MMP-2 in grade Ⅰ - Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ were 43.7 % and 75.9 % respectively. The expression rate of TIMP-2 in this two groups was 28.1% and 6.9 % respectively. The difference of these two indexes in two groups had statistical significance（P 〈 0.01）. There was negative correlation in the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion MMP-2 and TIMP-2 have an great significance to evaluate the malignant degree of human glimas.
